The Micronet customer database should be updated with the following information:

Template exists in PDAStructure.zip PDA\CabCreation\Templates\Paperless Rebuild.doc
Template exists in PDAStructure.zip PDA\CabCreation\Templates\Paperless Trouble.doc
Template exists in PDAStructure.zip PDA\CabCreation\Templates\ Mobile Application Users Barcodes.doc
Template exists in PDAStructure.zip PDA\CabCreation\Templates\rma.doc
These documents are to be used as base documents, forming the documentation that is left for the customer.
These documents should also be copied into the Micronet customer database attached to the paperless configuration section, so that support staff are able to quickly and easily access all required information.
